We began in 2011. First group.

We (Manny and Rubi) worked as intermediaries/realtors for Real Estate deals in Mexico, we began in Mexico City north (Naucalpan). Our investors wanted to understand the product better, so we designed our first workshop in Nov 2011. More than 600 investors later it is still going.

Family heritage, our drive.

Foreclosures and repos are a specialized field in Mexico, our family(Mother) began with the first two properties in 1997. Ever since we have continued investing and growing. We have operations in Cancun (Mayan Riviera), Queretaro, Mex City., Yucatan, Campeche, Leon and Aguascalientes.

Some achievements we feel proud of are: 1)Internationally certified in advanced sales, negotiation, impact presentations and human relations. 2)Developing one of the first workshops in the country. 3)Developing one of the very few advanced programs for investors. 4)Creating a simulator game for investors.
